In this 30 day mindfulness with color workshop we use color and a creative drawing technique to enter into a state of mindful meditation so our art flows naturally onto the page and our minds relax and open to positive thoughts and ideas.
The workshop is not about becoming an artist and you don’t need to be one to participate. It’s not about WHAT you create but the PROCESS of creating. I will teach you a proven mindful drawing technique that anyone can do to start expressing artistically and without judgement.
