Description
Experience a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating guided meditation practice that brings you into deep sleep brainwave states while remaining conscious. In this state the body is able to renew and rejuvenate, the mind cultivates the “witness capacity” also developed during mindfulness meditation and you enter deep rest, non-sleep bliss. Benefits include improved sleep, decreased stress, better self-regulation, increased creativity, improvement in pain management and more.

Where Do I Fit On The Sliding Scale
Level 1 – You’re just getting by in life financially. Maybe you’re a creative on a budget, have health issues or your income generation is in transition. Welcome!
Level 2 – You have room in the budget for wellness and social activities. Your current lifestyle allows you to put some money aside in addition to covering your living expenses.
Level 3 – Your financial situation allows considerable room for covering all of life’s pleasures and personal desires. You’re able to pay a little more to support the facilitator’s services and cover Level 1.
