In the Doodle Discover YOU! Workshop we adventure into the story of your AUTHENTIC you.

In this 30 day self-discovery workshop we use your Doodle style to discover your personality energy type. Your type identifies how you show up in the world and why. It’s an inherent energy and it’s powerful knowledge to have. You get to embark on an adventure to discover your unique spirit and get to know your authentic “who” and “why” better. We’ll determine your personal strengths, and opportunities for development, based on simple color preference tests and mindfully use color to balance your strengths and weaknesses.

This mindful discovery workshop is not about becoming an artist and you don’t need to be one to participate! It’s not about WHAT you create but how your natural expression can reveal and inspire you to fully embrace your unique self so you, and others, can experience your most authentic YOU.

How It Works

Weekly emails will provide lessons and assignments.
You will spend time in your DOODLE DISCOVER YOU! Journal daily.
An optional private Facebook Group is available to all participants for sharing.
You will evolve your Creative DISCOVERY practice for 30 days.
At the end of the workshop you will receive an e-book with the course content.

Creativity leads to improved self-awareness and expression. We are going to combine coloring with self discovery activities to get even more awareness and internal expression from a creative routine.
